A quiet house, by design

Maison Privé began with a refusal. A founding partner, asked to broker a residence by treating a family's home as a billboard, declined — and chose instead to build a house that would represent property the way a gallery represents a painting: privately, patiently, and only when the work deserves it.

From a single office and a handful of trusted introductions, the practice grew by reputation rather than reach. Clients came not because we advertised, but because someone they trusted had been treated well.

Two decades on, the principle is unchanged. We hold a small collection, we know each address intimately, and we introduce them in confidence. The slow way has proven, again and again, to be the right one.

What we offer is not a transaction but a relationship — one that often outlasts the residence itself, and frequently begins long before a client is ready to acquire.
