We are not a market. We are an editor. For every residence that enters the collection, a great many are quietly declined — for the wrong light, the wrong neighbour, a compromise of privacy that no price can repair.
What remains is small by design. Each address is studied in person, its provenance traced, its craft examined and its setting weighed against a single standard: would we live here ourselves.
It is a slow way to build a collection. It is the only way we know to be certain that what we offer is worthy of the people we offer it to.
